3% nic content is a fair amount. It helps with the jitters so i don’t go cold turkey. Some days, it’s easier, others it’s a struggle. I try and this has been helping. I didn’t find the fruity flavors any good. I prefer the tobacco flavors and the smooth tobacco is just right for me. I prefer it more.
